Please note that all pricing is starting pricing and final cost is based off the amount of work being done and product used. SALON POLICIES 👇🏼 NO REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds of any kind. Deposits are non-refundable. ​ CANCELLATIONS: Your appointments are very important to us. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require to be notified before the 48 hour mark for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments. ​ ​ NO CALL/NO SHOWS If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled. ​ ​ TARDINESS: Here at Onyx Hair Lab there is a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at Onyx Hair Lab. ​ ​ CREDIT CARD REQUIRED A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, Onyx Hair Lab reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file. ​ ​ CONFIRMATION TEXT As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text for your upcoming appointment. However, if you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply.
